VoIP makes sense for small businesses that require a robust communication option and here are the reasons why.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Improved Call Quality<\/h2>\n<p>There is nothing more frustrating for your customers and your employees than repeating the same thing over and over because the call quality is poor. When it was initially introduced, VoIP did not have the best call quality. However, the use of modern audio codecs has changed this. VoIP follows the same principles and user designs we are already used to on our phones and so there is no learning curve. They provide VoIP apps and software that work on all major platforms so you can add your business numbers to all existing devices. OpenPhone also enables group messaging, call forwarding, texting, and call routing for all kinds of businesses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Scalability<\/h2>\n<p>With a landline or even a smartphone, businesses are forced to stick to a single phone number. To add more numbers, a business would have to invest in more SIM cards or mobile devices. Things are very different when you switch to VoIP. Since the service is cloud-based, you can add as many numbers as you wish.
