.EU registration restrictions

Applicants for .EU domain names must be companies, organisations or individuals that fall into any of the following categories:

  • Undertakings having their registered office, central administration or principal place of business within the European Community; or
  • Organisations established within the European Community without prejudice to the application of national law; or
  • Natural persons resident within the European Community.
